I have extensive knowledge of materials and making methods in art. Through formal training and experience as a freelance artist I am accomplished in, formal drawing including life drawing, using various mediums. Fine art painting and paint effects using oils, acrylics and glazes. Printmaking – silk screen, mono, block, lino. 3D design and sculpture – found/ recycled objects and mixed media, clay, plaster, wax. Textiles- dying, printing, hand painting.

Through my education at college and university, and experience running studio spaces for organisations and in education settings. I am trained, experienced and competent in working in workshops and studios with associated tools and equipment.
