Experience

Over the last decade, I have gained great knowledge and developed my professional practice in youth and community, specialising in creative projects. I have a passion for creative communication, project management skills, a deep knowledge of third sector structure, fundraising trends and current developments. 

I have an extensive background in community arts and culture in the third sector at a grass root level, having worked for both arts and culture leads and community organisations. I also have immense experience working with funders and commissioners, working at many different levels.

I pride myself on my integrity and will always take responsibility to ensure delivery of any projects I commit to. I have a particular passion for youth development, encouraging creative expression, and the utilisation of heritage and arts to benefit under-represented and emerging cultures. 

In my work with people, my values & ideals are especially important. I believe and strive to work whilst up-holding my professional integrity and sense of self. Work with transparency and with youth centred and community lead approaches.
